2024 Fall Football Registration


During this registration session, you'll have the opportunity to provide your contact details, enroll for participation, electronically sign league documents, and submit payment securely. Please review each page attentively to ensure accurate information submission. To finalize your registration on our protected platform, kindly have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account details ready.

Please note, Hampshire Youth Football & Cheerleading Association (HYF&C) retains the right to decline registration for any participants or families not in good standing with our organization or who have violated any rules and guidelines outlined in HYF&C's Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct Agreement.

FAMILY DISCOUNT PROGRAM

If you're registering multiple players from your family, you'll enjoy a $50 discount on child and beyond. To ensure the registration system acknowledges your multiple registrations, kindly register all your players together at this time. On the Review Page, you'll find a link near the bottom labeled "Register Another Player" - please click this link to ensure all your players are included in the same order.

FUNDRAISING OFFSET PROGRAM

To minimize the frequency of fundraising requests on parents, we're introducing a fresh approach this season. Upon registration, each athlete will receive ten (10) raffle tickets. Families have the option to sell these tickets and retain the proceeds, thereby offsetting up to $100 of the registration fees. Alternatively, they can hold onto the tickets and enter them into the Annual Raffle for a chance to win. The cash prizes will vary based on the number of athletes enrolled, following a sliding scale system.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

OPTION 1: PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Complete your payment online today using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or a checking account at the end of this registration session.

OPTION 2: PAYMENT PLAN: Secure your registration with an initial payment per player. The total fees will be split into 7 monthly installments, with the first installment due on April 01, 2024, payable via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or a checking account. Subsequent installments will be automatically deducted from the SAME ACCOUNT on the first of each month until August 01, 2024, when the final payment will be processed.

2024 DIVISIONS OF PLAY

The Hampshire Jr. Whip-Purs compete in Chicagoland Pop Warner, a conference structured around age groups. For the 2024 season, athletes' ages will be determined based on their age as of: July 31, 2024.

Pop Warner's comprehensive framework paves the way for the expansion of our program, encompassing three distinct divisions of play: D1, D2, and D3. At Hampshire, our overarching objective is to foster a dynamic setup with two teams at every level, featuring a competitive D2 team and a developmental D3 team. The player evaluation process serves as our guiding compass, incorporating not only athletic and football prowess but also taking into account team requirements, needs and various other relevant factors.

The responsibility for these crucial decisions lies with the adept football leadership and coaches at each level, and their determinations stand as the final verdict. Evaluations are diligently conducted at the onset of each applicable season, ensuring a fair and comprehensive assessment. It is regrettable that specific requests for coaches or teammates cannot be accommodated. In the event that we do not have sufficient players or coaches to form two teams, priority will be given to returning/existing players in our program, and a full refund will be promptly issued to the balance.

REFUND POLICY

Requests for refunds of registration fees made before the commencement of the first practice session will be accommodated, and refunds will be provided. However, once the first practice session begins, a no-refund policy will be enforced.

In cases where the player's jersey has been purchased, an additional $100 will be subtracted from the refund amount to cover the jersey's cost. Nonetheless, the player will retain ownership of their jersey.

WAIT-LIST INFORMATION

If your age group division indicates a wait-list, please click on the wait-list link provided below that division and proceed with the wait-list registration. Upon the opening of a second team within your age group, you will receive notification that you have been removed from the wait-list. At that point, you will receive instructions on how to finalize the registration process.
