Our Mission

The Hampshire Youth Football & Cheerleading Association (HYF&C) was founded with the mission to nurture the growth of our youth through their engagement in football and cheerleading. Our primary objective is to cultivate young athletes in all aspects of their lives, both within the game and beyond. We prioritize a holistic approach, focusing on fostering a love for the sport, while concurrently instilling strong moral values centered around family, academic excellence, sportsmanship, and self-discipline. By empowering children to emerge as leaders and team players, HYF&C endeavors to build confidence and self-esteem that transcends the boundaries of the playing field.
