LEARN TO FLY WITH THE JR. WHIP-PURS

Joining The Hampshire Jr. Whip-Purs Youth Cheerleading program offers a myriad of benefits that extend beyond the sidelines. Beyond the joy of cheering on a team and contributing to the spirited atmosphere of games and competitive competitions, participating in youth cheerleading provides a unique blend of physical fitness, teamwork, and personal growth. Cheerleading involves a combination of strength, flexibility, and coordination, fostering the development of athleticism and overall fitness. The team-oriented nature of cheerleading cultivates a strong sense of camaraderie and friendship, as members work together to create synchronized routines and lift each other's spirits. The performance aspect of cheerleading helps build confidence and public speaking skills, as members showcase their talents and enthusiasm in front of large audiences. Joining youth cheerleading not only promotes a healthy and active lifestyle but also instills valuable life skills, creating a well-rounded and empowered individual ready to face the challenges of both the cheerleading mat and life beyond.

NEW IN 2024: REDUCED FUNDRAISING OBLIGATION

To minimize the frequency of fundraising requests on parents, we're introducing a fresh approach this season. Upon registration, each athlete will receive ten (10) raffle tickets. Families have the option to sell these tickets and retain the proceeds, thereby offsetting up to $100 of the registration fees. Alternatively, they can hold onto the tickets and enter them into the Annual Raffle for a chance to win. The cash prizes will vary based on the number of athletes enrolled, following a sliding scale system.
