The Jr. Whips are powered by volunteers.

As a not-for-profit organization, we rely on our members to help create an outstanding game day experience for our players and fans. Each family is asked to complete a minimum of three service credits during the season. Most opportunities are available during home games, with a few chances to pitch in on the road.
