Welcome to the 2026 Jr Whip-Purs Football Season Registration!

About Our Program

Coming off an incredible 2025 season—where 7 of our 11 teams advanced to postseason play, including 2 State Runner-Up teams and 2 Bowl Game champions—the Hampshire Jr Whip-Purs continue to be the only regional program intentionally built to unite future Hampshire High School athletes from a young age.

Our mission is to help athletes grow, learn, and succeed together. Our focus is always on the future, and we’re thrilled to have your family be a part of it.

This registration session allows you to:

Registration Policy

To ensure a positive and successful season, HYF&C reserves the right to decline registration for participants or families not in good standing with our organization or who have violated the Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct Agreement, or currently have an open balance from previous seasons. Families may appeal this decision before the Board of Directors by submitting a formal request for review.

Family Discount Program

Have multiple athletes? We’ve got you covered! Receive a $50 discount for each additional child.

To apply the discount: Register all players in the same session. On the Review Page, click “Register Another Player” to add each child to the same order.

Fundraising Offset Program

Parents made it clear—you don’t want to juggle multiple fundraisers all season. You want to cheer from the stands and enjoy your child's experience. We listened!

To simplify fundraising, we use one annual raffle, with ticket costs included at registration. This allows us to reach our fundraising goals without requiring families to sell candy, pizza kits, or other small items.

How It Works:

Each athlete is issued raffle tickets at registration.

Families may sell the tickets and keep up to $150 to offset registration costs, or keep the tickets for a chance to win cash prizes in our Annual Raffle.

Prize amounts vary based on total program enrollment.

Payment Options

Option 1: Pay in Full

Option 2: Payment Plan

Secure your athlete’s spot with an initial payment.

Remaining fees are divided into 5 monthly installments:

First payment: March 1, 2026

Following payments: Automatically deducted on the 1st of each month through July 1, 2026.

2026 Divisions of Play

HYF&C participates in Chicagoland Pop Warner, which organizes teams by age. Eligibility is based on your athlete’s age as of July 14, 2026. Our goal is to offer two or more teams per level, allowing a place for every player whether a returning superstar looking to compete or a new player just beginning his football journey. Teams are placed in divisions based on a merit-based formula that factors in the previous season's record, division and strength of schedule. This new method eliminates the possibility of organizations "sandbagging" where they intentionally place a high level team in a lower conference for the purpose of creating an easier schedule and pathway to post-season play. Our divisions are as follows:

  • PURPLE: All teams designated as Purple will participate in the Chicagoland Pop Warner "Red Division." This division is comprised of the top 25% of the teams from the previous season and are the only teams that have the ability to compete for a Regional or National Title. The top three Chicagoland Pop Warner Teams for each Red Division will represent our conference at Regionals. Parents of Red Division teams may incur additional costs of travel if their teams advance to the Regional or National levels.
  • WHITE: All teams designated as White will participate in the Chicagoland Pop Warner "White Division." This division is comprised of the next 50% of the teams from the previous season. The White Division will have the opportunity to earn a post-season birth based on their season record and play for an IL State Championship. There is no pathway for Regional or National competition at this level. All new Chicagoland Pop Warner organizations will have their teams designated at the White Division during their first season in the league.
  • BLACK: All teams designated as Black will participate in the Chicagoland Pop Warner "Blue Division." This division is comprised of the remaining 25% of the teams from the previous season. The Blue Division is a true development level division that allows kids new to football, allowing them a place where they can learn and grow while playing against teams of a similar skillset. All teams in this division will be given a Bowl game after the regular season and be matched against another team with a similar record. Our younger teams (6U-8U) will be designated at this level and earn their way up from there.

Coaches and Staff will evaluate players based on:

  • Athletic ability
  • Team needs
  • Experience
  • Football knowledge
  • Additional observed factors

These placement decisions are made by our experienced football leadership and are final.

Important Notes:

Coach and teammate requests cannot be accommodated. Coaches have the final say in player placement.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed case by case.

If a refund is granted before the first practice:

  • A $150 Fundraising Offset Fee will be deducted, and you will receive 15 raffle tickets.
  • If a jersey has already been purchased, an additional $100 will be deducted, and the player will keep the jersey.

Wait-List Information

If a division is full, you may join the Wait-List via the link provided for that division. In some cases, your child may be given the opportunity to play up a division, however, if this occurs they would be placed on a team playing with a Black designation in the Blue Division. We would never intentionally place your child in a position where they were overmatched or unqualified to compete. We do everything possible to make sure every child who wants to play football has a home with the Jr Whip-Purs.
